Initial Phone Call
To make sure I am the right therapist for you, we can arrange a free 10 minute phone call to discuss your goals and expectations for therapy
Step 2
Assessment
We will complete a 50 minute assessment session where we discuss your difficulties and I share how I think I can support you. Whether you're seeing me as a CBT therapist in Reading or joining therapy sessions online, the process remains the same
Step 3
Treatment
If we both think we are a good match, we can then book in regular treatment sessions of 50 minutes
Step 4
Treatment Review
I find it can be helpful to review our treatment plan every four sessions, to check we are still meeting your therapy goals
I have two clinics that I offer face to face sessions in:
Mondays 8am-1pm - Orchard Life, Midgham, West Berkshire, RG7
Tuesdays 9:30-1:30pm - Soul Barns, Mortimer, Reading, RG7 3PS
I offer remote sessions via video link on Mondays and Tuesdays between 1:30-5:00pm and Wednesdays-Thursdays between 9:00am-5:00pm.
